Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account, starting a free workspace, or using Hospital OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a hospital or clinic, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Hospital OS is cloud hospital management software. Features depend on your plan and may include patient records, appointments, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, AI tools, and related modules. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Plans, pricing, and changes
We offer free and paid subscription plans. Plan names, included modules, limits, and prices may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice before material pricing or plan changes take effect for existing paid subscribers.
Free accounts may remain free at our discretion, but we reserve the right to introduce paid requirements for some or all features in the future. If you are on a free plan, you may be asked to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using certain features or your workspace. You are never obligated to upgrade, but continued access to paid-only capabilities may require a subscription.
Upgrading from free to paid, changing plans, or canceling is handled through your account billing settings or checkout where available.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping credentials secure, and all activity under your account. You must use Hospital OS in compliance with applicable healthcare, privacy, and data-protection laws. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of data you enter into Hospital OS. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up, and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
6. Billing and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your subscription settings. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
7. Availability and support
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may cause temporary disruption. Support scope depends on your plan.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements. Upon termination, export any data you need before access ends where export tools are available.
9. Disclaimers
Hospital OS is operational software, not medical advice. Clinical decisions remain your responsibility. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hospital OS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you are on a free plan.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the contact address listed on the Hospital OS marketing site or through your account support channel.
